TJP works to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline by tackling the systemic racism embedded in education, mental health care, and the legal system — through legal advocacy, mental health services, court accompaniment, resource navigation, and community-building. It’s work rooted in our core values of anti-racism, community, decolonizing, and collective healing, and it means actively working against systems of harm, not just reforming them from within.

Forensic Social Worker
The Forensic Social Worker is a highly independent, field-based role providing case management, mitigation and legal advocacy, and court and legal system coordination for youth navigating the legal system. This position requires an MSW and an active or in-process Colorado LCSW license. Based at TJP Headquarters (985 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO 80204) and in the field.
Compensation: $81,000–$85,000/year
