Join Our Team

TJP works to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline by tackling the systemic racism embedded in education, mental health care, and the legal system — through legal advocacy, mental health services, court accompaniment, resource navigation, and community-building. It’s work rooted in our core values of anti-racism, community, decolonizing, and collective healing, and it means actively working against systems of harm, not just reforming them from within.

We’re growing our team and looking for people who share those values and bring them into daily practice — who hustle to get our kids what they need and humanize them at every turn. Below are our current openings. Each posting includes a downloadable full job description — when you’re ready to apply, see How to Apply at the bottom of this page.
